Try to add lots of veggies and fruits in your meals. Kahit pang side dish lang ang veggies, tapos dessert ay isang apple, banana, or kahit anong fruit. Papayat ka ng around 5 (or more, depende sa pagka overweight, kung overweight man) pounds within a week.
Kung kaya mo, try pineapple diet. Nabawasan ako ng 6 pounds within a long weekend. Hindi ko sinadya atually, nag uwi lang ng maraming pinya ang dad ko, so todo kain ako nun, tapos nagulat nalang ako.
